We source and represent a curated portfolio of innovative infrastructure technologies across the GCC – qualifying deployability and integrating solutions into developer and utility pathways.
INNOVATION TO IMPACT
The Mission
DUBHUB Infra is building a project integration capability to help developers, strategic investors, and public-sector stakeholders convert credible infrastructure innovations into buildable projects. We focus on the practical requirements for approval and funding: evidence-led performance assumptions, clear interfaces, disciplined risk allocation, and execution governance.
The GCC has one of the world’s most ambitious energy transition agendas. To match that pace and scale, we aim to support infrastructure innovations by accelerating their journey from concept to investment-grade projects
UAE
$55bn
Planned energy investment by 2030
KSA
130GW
Renewable energy capacity planned to be tendered by 2030
GCC
$1.78T
Pre-execution project pipeline value across the GCC
Our Capabilities
We provide a single point of coordination that aligns stakeholders, partners, and workstreams so innovations progress from concept to delivery without fragmentation.
Our Stakeholders
We align technology owners, buyers, and delivery partners so credible innovations move from interest to mandate, bid, and award without fragmentation.
Current focus: building a curated portfolio of LDES technologies and representing them commercially in the GCC.
We act as your GCC commercial representative – qualifying use-cases, defining the evidence pack, and integrating your solution into credible developer and utility pathways.
Position & Qualify
Define GCC use-cases, constraints, and where you win
Due Diligence Preparations
Build the evidence pack (claims, limits, validation plan)
Convert & Manage Deals Pipeline
Originate opportunities, integrate into bids, coordinate EPC/OEM/operator alignment
Developers & Offtakers
We bring screened LDES options that are procurement-credible – so your project case stands up in committees and diligence.
Shortlist Options
Screened technologies with site requirements, lead times, and constraints
Bid-Ready Preparations
Scope boundaries, interface matrix, performance assumptions, acceptance criteria
Support Decisioning
Economics inputs (LCOS drivers), risk allocation, warranty/O&M approach
EPCs • OEMs • Operators
We reduce early ambiguity so you can price accurately and execute with fewer surprises.
Define Interfaces Early
Responsibility split, handoffs, and “in/out of scope” clarity
Provide Design Basis
Operating envelope, testing/commissioning requirements, constraints
Stabilise Delivery
Procurement inputs, schedule logic, change-control cadence

Founder’s Note
Tom has spent his career in marketing and commercial operations across a wide range of businesses – from startups to multinationals – building and executing the go-to-market strategy that turns a product or capability into revenue. That work spanned a consumer brand launch across 70+ countries and a VP-level commercial mandate at a US software platform, where he delivered 20% revenue growth while cutting marketing spend by over $1m. He was the youngest person to achieve Chartered Marketer (CIM) status.
DUBHUB Infra grew out of work to commercialise a long-duration energy storage technology for the GCC market. That work made a wider pattern obvious: strong infrastructure technologies routinely stall not on engineering, but on commercial representation – the work of aligning the technology with the right buyers, evidence, and delivery partners early enough to matter.
Tom founded DUBHUB Infra to do that work properly, and to do it repeatably – building toward a portfolio of credible technologies that can be brought to bear on future construction and energy infrastructure projects across the region.
Within the firm he leads local stakeholder engagement, owns the GCC pipeline, and drives clear next steps with developers, strategic investors, and public-sector counterparties.
“I wanted to launch DUBHUB’s Infra division because too many strong engineering innovations fail for non-technical reasons. Patents and prototypes often stall before commercial deployment because the technology team and the end buyer never align early. We turn complexity into a buyer-ready case, build the partner stack, and move to a decision gate. The Gulf energy transition is the right arena for that work.”
